"The Mighty Warriors" documentary is an all-access look capturing the 2023–2024 OCHS varsity basketball season from behind the scenes and on the court. With over 250 hours of footage and six months of production, this film showcases the unforgettable moments, relationships, and growth during Coach Smith’s first year at the helm.
I oversaw the production and editing of interviews, practices, and game footage into a cohesive documentary that captured the team’s journey on and off the court. Additionally, I led the post-release distribution strategy, resulting in a 430% increase in summer youth camp sign-ups and a 45% boost in booster club funding the following year.
